By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Refund & Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all refund/return requests.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the customized nature of many of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-printed or personalized products (boxes, packaging tape, stickers, etc.) created from customer-provided designs.
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional discounts.
Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
1.3 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery.
You may be asked to provide photos of the issue for verification.
Once verified, we will:
Replace the defective/incorrect item at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund, including shipping charges, at your request.
1.4 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
1.5 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Custom orders (including custom packaging and printed products) may require additional processing time depending on order complexity, design approval, and production requirements.
Customers will be notified if production or shipping delays occur.
2.2 Shipping Methods
We ship orders using reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Standard shipping, expedited shipping, and bulk/freight shipping options may be available at checkout.
The carrier and service level may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
2.3 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days.
Custom Packaging Orders: 7–14 business days (includes production + delivery).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.
2.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on our Site when applicable.
2.5 Tracking Orders
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment.
2.6 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Gei Deals Premium LLC is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will:
Assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the case.
3. International Shipping
At this time, Gei Deals Premium LLC primarily serves customers within the United States.
International shipping may be available upon request but is subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and handling fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
4. How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a refund or return:
Contact our support team at info@geidealspremium.com or call us at (888) 832-7935.
Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the product (if defective or damaged).
Wait for a Return Authorization before shipping the product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Ship the item(s) to the address provided with your Return Authorization.
